식물생태학실험실

본 실험실에서는 알로자임, 마이크로새털라이트 및 단일염기다형성(SNPs)을 분자표지자로 이용하여 위기에 처해 있는 식물을 대상으로 과거 개체군의 크기 변화, 집단간 유전자 이동 (씨나 꽃가루) 등을 추론하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 이런 개체군의 동태 및 집단유전학적 정보를 기초로 대상 종의 단기적 및 장기적 보전에 대한 정보를 제공하는 연구를 본 실험실에서 주로 수행하고 있다.
